Geno is a fictional character in Nintendo's Mario franchise. He is a Star Being from the Star Road that joins Mario's party in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars on the SNES. He was sent to help Mario save the Mushroom Kingdom. In the game, he possesses a wooden doll and goes by the name of Geno since his true name is unpronouncible. He also made a very minor cameo appearance in the game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga in one of the minigames with the permission of Square.
