Sibul (シブール Shibūru?) is a winged one-eyed airborne robot enemy from Mega Man V. It flies around attempting to crash into Mega Man. When destroyed, it explodes and the explosion can harm Mega Man if caught within its blast radius. Sibul appears in Neptune's stage.
