2nd Lt. George Allison Whiteman (born October 12, 1919 in Pettis County, Missouri, died December 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii) was an American military aviator, and was one of the first American military deaths in World War II. Whiteman Air Force Base is named for him.
