Officer Grunmar von Blüten is an officer that works under Zogenand. His non-bizarro counterpart is unknown. He is a Class-A citizen due to wealth. He does not have a pesterchum tag. However, unbeknownst to Zogenand, Grunmar is actually a mole hired by Raptor to keep tabs on Zogenand, since Raptor has grown to distrust Zogenand. He has his own elite group of soldiers he controls, also unbeknownst by Zogenand. A group of these soldiers keep track of Zogenand's family, waiting to strike in case Zogenand goes out of line of Raptor's orders.
