The Doomslayer is a creature first introduced in a 2011 comic book story, "Reign of the Doomsdays". During a battle between Superman, The Eradicator, Steel, Superboy, Supergirl and Doomsday and a series of clones enhanced with abilities modeled after the Supermen, the Doomslayer reveals himself as "the death of Doomsdays."
