Nurse Baxter was one of the medical team who cared for Gail Tilsley when she went in to labour one month prematurely in February 1987. Baxter was present in the delivery suite when Gail had the baby and informed Doctor Whitaker that she had been moved there. After the birth, Baxter took a note of Gail's choice of a Christian name for her baby daughter - Sarah Louise.
