Orbital Control was a command center stationed in Coruscant orbit, used by the New Republic Defense Force and later it's successor Galactic Alliance Defense Force to direct traffic through the military cordon during the period leading up to Coruscant's fall during the Yuuzhan Vong War and beyond. It was equipped with tractor beams and communication equipment for guiding shipping and directing the defense forces in orbit.
