The FBI's Counterintelligence Division (CD) is responsible for most of the Bureau's efforts to prosecute and prevent economic espionage in the United States. The division relays the seriousness of foreign threats to U.S. companies, laboratories, and other U.S. entities by providing presentations, publishing tactical and strategic intelligence products, and hosting meetings and working group sessions. Within the CD, are the * Counterespionage Section, and * Domain Section.
