Access to the "Secret" Gnomish engineering recipes requires the Gnome Engineer Membership Card. This card is valid for 14 days, upon which you must renew membership. It costs 2File:Gold.png and can be done as many times as you would like. The main purpose of renewing more often than every 14 days is the gift that Oglethorpe will send via mail. The gift arrives roughly 24 hours after renewal and may contain mithril casings, mithril tubes, unstable triggers, Recipe: Catseye Ultra Goggles or the semi-rare Schematic: Lil' Smoky. The Lil' Smoky recipe is bind on pickup, and the crafted passive pet is also bind on pickup.
