Sid Wacko is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series. He owns the company that sells Wacko Watches, watches that are entirely indestructible and waterproof. He's a bit of a con artist as he tries to get people working for his company so he can ultimately leave them with more watches than can be sold but ultimately finds himself in a hole once he doesn't have enough watches to ship out and buys back boxes of Gerald's watches he had sold. His motto, suggested by Gerald is "Only a wacko doesn't own a wacko."
