Nura Keiyaku (軽厄 ぬら Keiyaku Nura; Literally meaning Light Evil, Slippery) is the current 3rd Seat of the 2nd Division within the Gotei 13 underneath Hissori Hogosha and Blake Shihōin. As required of his status, Nura is both an accomplished master of Hakuda as well as the current Corps Commander of the Detention Unit within the Onmitsukidō. He is regarded as a fearsome combatant, and somewhat a madman.
