Pete Murphy is a writer, artist and letterer for Sonic the Comic Online. Originally known as Pete on the Message Zone (where he is currently a moderator), Murphy made his way into the comic proper when he won the Competition Zone entry in Sonic the Poster Mag 2007. His first contribution as a staff member was providing the script, art and letters for the initial Panzer Dragoon story. Murphy later returned to do the art and lettering for two Tekno & Shorty strips. For Issue 254, Pete worked with Sonic the Comic alumnus Nigel Dobbyn to create the cover with artwork that had previously been viewable on the forums. In more recent issues, Murphy predominantly focuses on colouring rather than providing art.
