Portsmouth is a major city in the Empire of Oceania's East Australia territory, and is one of the country's dual capitals. The city is located about 35 miles south of Sydney at the confluence of Lake Ellawara and the Pacific Ocean and is home to the country's Parliament. While the Royal Family resides at Windsor Castle in Sydney, the Parliament meets in Portsmouth and the city is the de facto capital of the country. Not far from Portsmouth is the city of Canberra, which is the capital of East Australia.
