Jadagar Vosmus (a.k.a. "The Saegothan") is a fanatical reformist with a penchant for the occult. Though he is an advisor to shady revolutionary groups like the Covenant, it is clear he has is own grisly agenda that involves sinister arcane practices. Allegedly, he is responsible for a large number of vicious ritual murders throughout the Elwynn area. Renowned for his paranoia, Jadagar is meticulously cautious. For this reason, he continuously eludes capture and has proven difficult to track.
