The second known US tornado of 2019 was a low-end EF3 cone which tracked 2.6 miles across Alexandria, Madison County, Indiana...the tornado first touched down at about 4:56PM near the abandoned Swifty Gas Station (which was torn down in 2018) it touched down right on the land of the long gone Amoco station...the tornado was the second of 3 tornadoes that touched down that day, the other two being rated EF1...the tornado hit several homes inflicting EF0 damage...by 4:58PM the tornado was a reasonably large cone causing EF1 damage to homes and a flea market, the tornado grew into a large EF2 cone...by 5:01PM the tornado was a large EF3 wedge causing EF3 damage to a McDonald's which was built in the 1980's and the new Ricker's station which was only 3 years old...at 5:02PM the tornado started
