Munkjin was a yobanjin who fought in the Army of Fire by force. His wife and two children would suffer if he betrayed the Dark Oracle of Fire Chosai. He had been told of stories about the Unicorn Clan and his tribe were far relatives. In 1171 he was asssaulting Shiro Utaku when the Utaku Daimyo, Utaku Xieng Chi, led a charge against them.
