The Tribe of Nikiltu, or Ba'ulatu Nikiltu,' is a collection of villages and cities in the Land of Dread. Due to its inaccessible culture, It is nearly entirely composed of a single reptilian species, the Nikiltai, with few allochtonous individuals.
