In the mirror universe, Miral was a Klingon female of some influence within the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance during the 24th century. During the 2340s, she had a relationship with an unspecified Terran slave, the product of which was her half-breed daughter B'Elanna. At some point, she was poisoned by her daughter, but was cured by a Klingon Doctor called B'Oraq. Neither woman found out about B'Elanna's involvement in the poisoning, though it turned the Doctor into an enemy of B'Elanna.
