Minz is an evil druid that used the tower in Femor Hills to imprison the lady Caramellia. He cast a spell so that tall grass in front of the tower would grow up fast as soon as it is cut down, to prevent people from entering. His motivation for capturing and imprisoning Caramellia is unknown.
