Along with the Cute House and White Modular House, the Small Cabin is a low density, low wealth house, & among one of the first houses to be built in a city in SimCity 4. They differ greatly from the CH & WMH, though. For example, they have a square planform, unlike the above's thin rectangular, as well as having a shallower roof. They come in 2 different textures, one being whitewashed, and the other looking like an unpainted log cabin. It holds 6 sims.
