Certain athletic female soldiers of Liquid Ocelot's private military were suited with exoskeletons that enhanced their physical capabilities beyond that the normal human, allowing them to cling to walls and leap several feet into the air. The vaguely green coloring of the exoskeleton, along with its distinctive abilities, is the reason the Haven Troopers were nicknamed "FROGS" or "Frog Soldiers".
