Members can then optionally enchant the red topaz bolts with the Enchant Crossbow Bolt spell to make topaz bolts (e). This gives the bolts a chance of lowering the opponent's Magic level, though it only works on other (human) players. This ability could be useful in PvP environments, as with a lower Magic level, the opponent may not be able to attack you with magic. Enchanting bolts in this way requires level 29 Magic, and grants 33 experience points.
