A is the supporting character in Naruto universe. He is the fourth kage of the Hidden Cloud Village. Simply known as the Raikage and is the most powerful shinobi in his village. His most well known jutsu is the Lariat which he has done with Killer Bee his adoptive younger brother and it was this jutsu that ended Kisame Hoshigaki's life forever by decapitating him.
