The Outlaws is a fictional basketball team created by a few students from Yagami High School. These students are referred to as the basketball players who were rejected from helping or joining the girls basketball team during the basketball arc of School Rumble Second Semester. Their only purpose into creating this team is to show the girls of the girls basketball team the true nature of their power and to let them know that it was a mistake into rejecting them from playing basketball.
