Melissa Sagemiller plays Sandra Nicholson in “Last Call”. Her longer character runs include Sleeper Cell, Raising the Bar and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, although she hasn't been seen onscreen since 2014, with her performance on POI being her second to last.
