While this mode is active, Izou's eyes change from their white color become purple and the form's shroud is white and releases chakra as flickering flames. When Izou enters this mode, his hair spikes upwards in two distinctive horns resembling the Sage of the Moon's silhouette. Izou's chakra shroud has six magatama markings around his neck. When wearing his Hokage mantel, Izou also has six additional magatama markings around the collar of his mantle as well as patterns extending from his sleeves to the palms of his hands.
