Benjamin Lucas Judkins (c.1820 - 2 April 1902) was a corn merchant and local politician in the Southwark area. From 1863-66 he was a member of the Metropolitan Board of Works representing Rotherhithe with St Olave District. From 1867-1877 he held a commission in the 4th Surrey Rifle Volunteer Corps.
