First, Kotarō hides highly flexible and durable wires over a large area or wraps it around an opponent. Next, when the opponent gets into contact with the wire, he sends a small, but very sharp blade of wind towards an opponent, using the wire as a guide, cutting them. Because he usually can't see an opponent when he performs this technique, he requires a sensor to tell him when to send the blade of wind. Using this technique also destroys the wire, making it a one-shot per length of wire attack.
