The flag of the city of Krasnoyarsk (the administrative centre of Krasnoyarskiy Kray) is a rectangle divided into four equal fields of red and blue, separated with horizontal and vertical golden stripes. The blue fields are located in top right and bottom left positions, correspondingly the red fields are located in top left and bottom right positions. The height of the flag is 1.5 units, the width is 2.5 units, the width of the golden stripes is 0.05 units. In the centre of the flag there is the coats 0.75 units wide and 0.95 units high.
