Iskaal is a ruined tuskarr village located east of Kamagua in the Howling Fjord. [[:File:|[, ]]] You can get there by taking the Ancient Lift. It is currently controlled by the Northsea Freebooters. Abdul the Insane is found on the ship nearby. The surviving tuskarr made their escape to Kamagua.
