Cyclonic is an enemy ability used by Platinum Dragon, Wyvern, Galypdes, Vasegiatta, Crystal Dragon, Kaiser Dragon, Storm Dragon, Dragon Aevis, and Chimera. It reduces the party's HP to 1/16 of their current HP with a 75% hit rate and for 20 MP. It fails on targets immune to Death, and the ability can be utilized by the player through Gau.
