Wanda is a member of the Edge Pirates and is the first the join the crew after reuniting with Zeon D. Hooverson. Wanda is a Mink of the Mink Tribe from Zou and serves as the Edge Pirate's navigator. Wanda was very popular at a younger age and commonly played with others until she and her friends were attacked by pirates. Wanda tried to fight them off but was defeated by the pirates due to her inexperience. However, it was then she and her friends were saved by Hooverson who effortlessly defeats the pirates thanks to his training with the World Government. Wanda quickly became attracted to Hooverson thanking him for rescuing but kept her feelings to herself finding it awkward for a Mink to be in love with a human.
