Jessica Di Cicco (born on June 10, 1980 in Los Angeles, California) is an American TV and movie actress. She is also a voice actress for cartoons and video games. She currently voices Katie Ka-Boom on Animaniacs, "Lexi" from Loonatics Unleased, Gwen from The Mighty Be!, and "Malina" from The Emperor's New School for which she was nominated for an Emmy in 2008 for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program. Eartha Kitt ended up taking home the award for her part as Yzma, on the same show. She does the voice for Maggie Pesky on The Buzz on Maggie.
