Official RC2 Build for Windows Vista. The name "RC2" is actually a misnomer. During the final stages of Vista's development, Microsoft encountered several hiccups that resulted in delays to the RTM. RC2 was released in order to instill confidence in reviewers and manufacturers; in other words, it was released to show Microsoft's progress. It was never intended to be released.
