The Plague Armageddon can be loosely described as a military conflict between an alien species known as the Plague and the various human populations of Mars. Taking place in 2175, approximately five years after the destruction of the Terraformer, the awakening of the Plague from hibernation is a major catastrophe for the Red Faction and the Marauder state alike.
