Frank Longbottom is a pure-blood wizard, a Neville Longbottom's father and Alice Longbottom's husband. He was an Auror as well as a member of the Order of the Phoenix. Together with his wife, Frank was tortured by Bellatrix Lestrange who used the Cruciatus Curse. Due to this event, Mr and Mrs Longbottom lost their sanity.
