John Livingston (born November 8, 1970) is an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 11 episode, Dressed to Kill (episode). He appeared in the JAG Season 8 premiere episode, "Critical Condition" and he had a recurring role in NCIS: New Orleans, playing Paul Jenks aka Baitfish, a local criminal NCIS Special Agent Dwayne Pride has been after for years before Jenks was killed in the NCIS: New Orleans Season 1 episode, "How Much Pain Can You Take?".
