Ms. Doom Bringer, formerly known as Ms. Sunshine, is a one-shot villain of the 2006 animated short film The Fairly Odd Parents: No Substitute for Crazy and also one of the three secondary villains of the 2009 animated horror film Alvin and the Chipmunks: Killer on the Loose. She is voiced by Carolyn Lawrence, who is well known for voicing Cindy "Cynthia" Vortex from Jimmy Neutron series and Sandy Cheeks from Spongebob Squarepants series. In The Fairly Odd Parents, her occupation is a fairy hunter instead of a biker. Most importantly, her first name and her middle name was unknown.
