Wanda Opalinska is an Anglo-Polish actress who appeared on Coronation Street between March 2007 and February 2009 as Underworld machinist Wiki Dankowska. She attended drama school and studied English at the University of Birmingham between 1988 and 1991. Qualifying as a teacher, she taught English and Drama at St. Thomas More R.C. Secondary School in central London and furthered her career at Whitgift School, Croydon. Her other credits include roles in The Sitcom Trials, Waterloo Road, Law & Order: UK, EastEnders, Cardinal Burns, Doctors, Peaky Blinders and All At Sea.
