Commander Carlyon Wilfroy Bellairs (15 March 1871 – 22 August 1955) was a British naval officer and politician. He was born at Gibraltar, the son of Lieutenant-General Sir William Bellairs, KCMG. In 1885 he entered the Royal Navy, receiving his education at Stubbington House School and HMS Britannia and the Royal Naval College, Greenwich. In 1891 he received a special promotion to Lieutenant having obtained first-class certificates in all his subjects. He retired from the service in 1902, and from 1902 to 1905 was Lecturer on the War Course for Senior Naval Officers.
