Blackrock Petroleum and Energy Concern (also Blackrock Oil and Blackrock Industries) is a mega-huge corporation owned by R.J. Blackrock. Its main purpose is to drill for and sell lots of oil, as well as explore other means of creating and selling energy. It has an R&D department headed by Doctor Morris which has some interesting projects in the works.
