Explosive Dust (起爆塵 Kibaku Chiri), is a basic 'tool' that can be purchased by merchants in most areas of the ninja world. Similar to Explosive Clay, the powder is able to be detonated. Unlike the explosive clay, this dust is not an item infused with Explosion Release chakra, and instead is collected from the earth, able to be found on the borders of Iwagakure. Since it is not simply part of the user's chakra, a shinobi needs to coat the dust directly with their own chakra, and it can then be remotely blown up by fluctuating that same chakra. Traps have been seen using this item.
