Sycho is a psycho Bullet Bill who replaces Missile Mike as a member of the Agents of Shadow, he is a dark blue Bullet Bill with a large creepy grin on. He duels his predessor in a battle of the ridge. Missile Mike barely wins this battle after he destroys the mountain, causing everything to crumple down upon the two combantants. Sycho doesn't die here he reappears at Holo Cost City alongside with Venom. In the midst of battle, Sycho flees while in the end Missile Mike implies that he will hunt down Sycho and bring him to justice.
