The Edison was one of many Nebula-class starships to be involved in the fight against the Borg invasion of 2377. (TNG video game: Armada II) Later that year, the Edison transported Captain Montgomery Scott to planet Ardana, where they were to prevent the Cloud City Stratos from crashing to the surface. However, the Edison first officer, Commander Alverson, was struck in the chest with a dagger from a booby trap left in the city by the Disruptors a century earlier.
