Vojtěch Polák (born June 27, 1985) is an ice hockey left wing playing for the HC Oceláři Třinec of the Czech Extraliga. He was born in Ostrov, Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic). During the 2005–2006 season, he played significant time with the Iowa Stars, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Stars. He returned to the Czech Republic in 2007 to play again for HC Energie Karlovy Vary. In 2008 he joined HC Oceláři Třinec. Polák represented the Czech Republic at the 2004 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
