iMovie HD is an HD video-editing application and an iApp from Apple Inc. It was released on January 11, 2005, during the Keynote speech at the Macworld Conference & Expo San Francisco 2005 in San Francisco, California, USA. As an upgrade to the iMovie software, iMovie HD now fully supports High Definition Video. In addition, iMovie HD also has a feature named Magic iMovie. This feature allows you to automatically have your video imported into separate clips, add titles, transitions and soundtrack (music), all in one step. Also, instead of a black screen it is grey.
