Pac-Man Championship Edition is a game released in 2007. If features a maze similar to the original Pac-Man maze from Pac-Man. The maze is split in two, thus it takes a much longer time to complete the level. The characters are set the same, ignoring the Clyde and Blinky error. Pac-Man Championship Edition was released for its 27th anniversary. The game's indirect follow-up is Pac-Man Championship Edition DX which was released three years later. The game's direct sequel is Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 which was released six years after it's indirect follow-up.
