February 1st, 2006, there were fourteen Members of the Congress: For the first time, Rick Frances and his party did not win the Congressional elections. Judy Almore from the King's Party became Lovia's new Prime Minister. They went into a difficult government coalition with the Freedom First party, who agreed to passing the bill if they could preserve most of their policies from the previous years.
