Blackout Ray is a weapon used by Dr. Two Brains and Glen Furlblam, seen in the episode Dr. Three-Brains. It is able to black out any nearby lights. Two-Brains created it in the prison arts and crafts room. Its side effect was that if used too often, it could black out all the lights in the city.
