Nofas is a Water/Electric-type Cloud Pokemon. It stands on 3 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 25.9 lbs. Its abilities are Levitate and Weather Effect - causes weather conditions when hit by certain move types. Nofas has a unique control over water which allows it to give itself arms, Nofas can also control water temperature which it can use to increase the power of its attacks especially in the case of "Ice Punch". It evolves from Poffa at Lv.25 into Nimbuffas at Lv.35.
